1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this platform, you agree to these terms. If you are under 18, you confirm you have parental or school consent.

2. Intellectual Property and Reserved Rights

All educational content, course structure, teaching materials, and the specific teaching methodology based on Socratic dialogue and axiomatic metacognitive mathematics implemented, as well as digital files from the repository on this platform, are the exclusive property of the Metacognitive Mathematical Logic Development Program, identified commercially as "Maths for All". Any total or partial reproduction, distribution, or exploitation without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited. Access grants a personal, non-transferable license for strictly educational purposes.

3. Code of Conduct

Users must behave respectfully. Cyberbullying, harassment, or the upload of malicious software is strictly prohibited under Indian and Latin American laws.

4. Data Privacy

We comply with international standards (DPDP Act India, Ley 25.326 Argentina, and similar regulations in Chile and Guatemala). Data is used only for academic purposes and will not be shared with third parties.

5. Limitation of Liability

This is a pilot program Maths for All. The platform is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted service.
