About Us
AxioMath | Maths for All is an educational program that brings the rigor of axiomatic mathematics and mathematical olympiads to students within standardized school systems—without requiring prior talent.
Our Story: A Global Collaboration
AxioMath was born from the convergence of three complementary trajectories: the pedagogical vision of Leopoldo Dos Santos, the axiomatic design of Manjula Samarasinghe, and the institutional architecture led by Leonardo Leandro.
We do not seek to detect preexisting talent; we seek to develop the logical potential of every student.
Our Identity
AxioMath is an educational initiative dedicated to strengthening deep mathematical thinking through a conceptual, dialogic, and problem‑solving‑oriented approach.
AxioMath is not tutoring. We are a team of mathematicians, olympiad trainers, and technology specialists who see mathematics as a tool for thinking and living better.
Our Approach: Deep Thinking
- • Socratic dialogue and structured reasoning
- • Problem‑solving training with emphasis on heuristics and metacognition
- • Materials designed with clarity, progression, and accessibility
- • Specialized instructional support aimed at strengthening autonomy
Our Goal
To foster the mathematical development of students from diverse contexts through programs that prioritize understanding, reasoning, and intellectual autonomy.
What makes AxioMath different?
We develop potential
We do not select preexisting talent; we work with students from foundational levels.
Program, not platform
We are the Metacognitive Mathematical Logic Development Program: an ecosystem of classes, challenges, and human guidance, complemented by our own Amuy AI.
Global community
We build a community of students and teachers who share problems, strategies, and ways of thinking across borders.
Our Methodology
Our approach is built on two core pillars:
Socratic Dialogue
We guide learners through questions rather than direct answers. The goal is for them to learn to justify and make sense of their environment.
Metacognitive Axiomatic Mathematics
We work from definitions and axioms, helping students understand why something is true and how it is constructed.
Three pillars of AxioMath
Curricular Independence
An axiomatic design created from pure mathematics by Manjula Samarasinghe (Imperial College London).
Technology with Purpose
The Amuy AI assistant, a Socratic AI mentor fostering 24/7 autonomy. Real‑time measurement of logical steps and argumentative quality.
Educational Ethics
A high‑quality service ethically guided to achieve metacognitive logic goals.
Amuy AI with an Educational Purpose
Amuy supports students 24/7 through Socratic questioning and records the development of autonomy, logical steps, and argumentative quality—without compromising their privacy.
Impact and Evidence
Leopoldo Dos Santos's method has guided more than 100 students from foundational levels to national stages of mathematical olympiads. Press coverage:
